This is going to be quick post. The winds are blowing very hard here, and it keeps knocking out my power. A few weeks ago, when my power went out, it took my computer with it, so I want to unplug it before I have to get it fixed again!
Today is Friday, so time for Favorite Ingredients Friday over at Overwhelmed With Joy. If you would like to add a recipe of your own, or see other like this, please stop by!
Overwhelmed must have posted her recipe just for me today, because I would have to say that chocolate is my favorite ingredient! Since I am a firm believer in the "you can never have too much chocolate" theory, I decided that I will also add a chocolate recipe, in addition to a main dish. Two for the price of one! Lucky!
Another of my most favorite ingredients to cook with is garlic. I use garlic in almost everything. Here is one of my favorite recipes using garlic...
Orange Honey Garlic Chicken
1/2 tsp paprika
To Make Marinade:
Combine the soy sauce, honey, orange juice, garlic, oregano, pepper and paprika. Mix all together and pour over chicken pieces. Refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F .
Remove chicken from refrigerator. Place chicken and marinade in a 9x13 inch baking dish and bake, uncovered, in preheated oven for 1 1/2 hours. Baste once.

And a comfort food for me, of course using chocolate, and another all time favorite in my house!
Easy Chocolate Chip Cake
1 (18.25 ounce) package
chocolate cake mix
1 (3.9 ounce) package instant
chocolate pudding mix
1 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
1/2 cup hot water
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup mini semi-sweet
chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Grease and flour a Bundt pan.
Combine cake mix, pudding mix, oil, eggs, water, sour cream, and vanilla. Beat until smooth.
Stir in chocolate chips. Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake for 1 hour. Allow to cool. Dust with powdered sugar.
If you haven't already, stop by my main site, Enter The Circus, we are having a little party, and of course--you are invited! (Just click the link on the left hand side of the page, and it will take you there!)
Have a great weekend everyone!

Okay, Oronzo is going to go gaga over the Orange Honey Garlic Chicken recipe. And you're right, there's no such thing as too much chocolate! Thanks for sharing another chocolate recipe with us.
Thanks so much for participating in my "Favorite Ingredients Friday" recipe exchange. I do appreciate it.
